While cutting pieces of ply, plastic, pvc and similar things, a lot of dust is released into the air, which could be in the breathing range of the people doing it. It is essential to ensure the dust isn’t being inhaled as it can prove hazardous. That is the reason why we’ve safety masks in ATL. We should always ensure that we wear them before doing some work that might release dust.
How to use
Before starting the cutting/grinding process, the mask should be worn such that the nose and mouth portion is totally covered. Ensure that you are not running short of breath while wearing it. In case of uneasiness, the task should be aborted.
