A filament storage box is a simple plastic box which can be used to store the filaments for a 3D printer. It can also have an opening from where the filament can be fed to the printer for usage. Ideally, such a box is preferred with a place for fitting the filament holder. Moisture in the filament can lead to its degradation. If the lab is set up in a humid area, then it is very much suggested to use the filament storage box.
How to use
The usage is very simple. Just put the filament holder with the filament inside the storage box. If the storage box has an opening for filament, It can directly be used to feed the printer. Take a small part out from the opening and use it whenever required.
